FIRE EVACUATION
EMERGENCY PROCEDURE EP-001
EVACUATION ROUTE
WAREHOUSE HALL OFFICE EXITASSEMBLY
1. Activate nearest fire alarm pull station
2. Call 911 and GFS Security ext. 100
3. Evacuate via nearest marked exit
4. Proceed to assembly point (parking lot A)
5. Account for all personnel via headcount
6. Do NOT re-enter until cleared by fire dept
CHEMICAL SPILL
EMERGENCY PROCEDURE EP-002
1. Evacuate immediate area (50 ft radius)
2. Alert supervisor and call ext. 100
3. Identify chemical via SDS (Safety Data Sheet)
4. Don appropriate PPE from spill kit
5. Contain spill with absorbent materials
6. Do NOT wash chemicals into floor drains
7. Document incident in GFS-FRM-006

POWER OUTAGE
COLD CHAIN PROTOCOL EP-003
1. Generator auto-start within 30 seconds
2. Verify all cooler/freezer units on backup power
3. Begin temp logging every 15 min (GFS-FRM-002)
4. Keep all cooler/freezer doors CLOSED
5. Contact PSEG at 1-800-436-PSEG
6. If >2 hrs: begin product transfer protocol
7. Document all temp readings for compliance
