GFS Design System v9.1 is live. 89 pages pass health check with zero broken hub links, print CSS on every page, and dark mode toggle functional across all pages. Ship-gate criteria fully cleared: all UX fixes applied, hero card layout corrected on 48 pages, reading progress bars standardized, collapsible sections deployed system-wide, and search filtering operational on every page. Version bumped from v9.0 to v9.1 across all templates and the hub index.

Frosty Expansion -- 28 Sections, 5743 Lines

The Frosty mascot system has been expanded into a comprehensive 28-section page spanning 5,743 lines. Includes 20 facial expressions, AI-powered Frosty chat interface, mascot construction guide, pose library, seasonal variants, merchandise mockups, and animation sequences. Consolidated from the previous two separate pages (mascot + frosty-system) into a single unified frosty.html.

Interactive Tools -- 16 New Utility Pages

Page Consolidation -- 107 to 89 Pages, 13 Merges

Reduced page count from 107 to 89 through 13 strategic merges. Icons: 3 pages consolidated into 1 unified icons.html (616 SVGs, 24 categories). Social: 2 pages merged into social.html (120 cards + content calendar). Frosty: 2 pages unified into frosty.html (13 sections, AI chat, 20 expressions). Presentations: 2 pages into presentations.html (200 slides across 11 departments). Also consolidated stickers, diagrams, animations, and maps into single pages each. All 13 duplicate/redundant files removed.

Content Expansion -- 616 Icons, 200 Slides, 120 Social Cards

Massive content expansion across core asset libraries. Icon library scaled from 396 to 616 icons across 24 categories (up from 16), adding Compliance, Sustainability, Cold Chain, Warehouse, Fleet, Quality, and Safety categories. Presentations expanded from 36 to 200 slide templates across 11 departments. Social media cards grew from 56 to 120 templates across 13 categories with a content calendar. Animation library expanded from 20 to 105 effects. New sticker library with 117 designs across 10 categories. Diagram library added with 25 diagram types including org charts, swimlanes, Gantt, Sankey, ERD, and BPMN.
