QC CHECK: Room temp verified on log sheet
2
Place Cheddar Cheese Slice (1 oz)
Position one individually-wrapped cheddar slice in left compartment of tray. Verify wrapper integrity — discard any torn packages. Lot code must match today’s production lot.
QC CHECK: Wrapper intact, lot code match
3
Place Whole Grain Crackers (0.9 oz)
Position cracker pack in center compartment. Verify sealed package, no visible crumbling or breakage. Crackers must meet whole-grain-rich requirement (≥50% whole grain).

Add Napkin + Spork Pack
Place wrapped napkin/spork combo on top of tray contents. Ensure utensil pack is factory sealed.
6
Seal Tray & Apply Label
Run tray through heat-seal station. Verify seal temperature at 280°F. Apply product label with lot code, best-by date, UPC, and allergen statement. Label must be straight and fully adhered.
QC CHECK: Seal integrity pull test on every 50th unit
7
Case Pack & Stage for Shipping
Pack 24 sealed kits per case. Apply case label with lot, count, and SO reference. Stack on pallet in staging cooler (≤40°F). Maximum stack height: 5 cases.
