Availability Indicators: Green checkmark = in stock and verified. Yellow warning = low stock (less than 20% buffer). Red X = short, insufficient quantity to complete WO.
Scan Verification: Each component has a "Scan" button. Worker scans the barcode on the physical material. System validates lot number, item match, and expiration. On match, button changes to green "Verified" state.
Gate Check: The "All Components Verified" button remains disabled (grayed, 50% opacity) until all 6 components show verified status. This prevents starting a build with wrong or missing materials.
Shortage Handling: When a component shows SHORT, the system blocks build start and shows a "Request Material" action that creates a transfer order in NetSuite.
Bin Locations: Each component shows its warehouse bin location using the GFS bin format: Zone-Aisle-Rack (e.g., C-04-A2 = Cold zone, Aisle 4, Rack A2).

Consumption Grid: Compact 4-column layout: component name, starting qty, consumed qty, variance. Variance color-coded: green = within 2%, yellow = 2-5%, red = >5%.
Variance Calculation: Compares actual consumption rate against BOM expected rate at current build percentage. +3.2% on anti-cake means using 3.2% more than expected per unit built.
Request Material: When a component is running low, worker taps "Request More Material" to create a transfer order or pick ticket in NetSuite. Warehouse receives notification immediately.
Lot Traceability: Shows vendor lot number (incoming) mapped to finished lot number (outgoing). Essential for recall traceability per FSMA requirements. Each component's vendor lot is captured at scan verification.
Real-time Sync: Consumption data updates every time a unit is recorded. Back-calculates expected remaining material vs. actual to detect over-usage early.

Changeover Timer: Persistent timer at top in cobalt band. Shows elapsed time vs target. Timer turns yellow at 80% of target, red at 100%. Tracks total changeover duration for OEE calculation.
Allergen Matrix: Compact grid comparing previous product allergens to next product allergens. If allergen profile differs (e.g., milk-only to milk+soy), system requires enhanced cleaning protocol and shows red "Allergen Change" badge instead of green "Standard Clean."
Checklist Steps: Large 28px checkboxes with green fill on completion. Each step tracks estimated vs actual time. Completed steps show green check. In-progress step is full opacity. Future steps are 50% opacity.
Supervisor Sign-off: Final step requires supervisor authentication (PIN or badge scan). "Changeover Complete" button stays disabled until all steps checked AND supervisor signed off. This is a hard gate — no bypass.
CIP Integration: CIP (Clean-In-Place) step can trigger automated equipment rinse if connected to SCADA system. Manual confirmation required regardless.
