Partner Logos
Internal presentations referencing vendor partnerships. Partner-facing documents with co-branding agreements. Vendor portals and onboarding guides. Internal dashboards showing system integrations. Architecture and system diagrams.
Customer-facing materials without written vendor permission. Modified, distorted, recolored, or animated logos beyond guidelines. Marketing materials implying endorsement without agreement. Any context that suggests GFS owns or controls the vendor brand.
Maintain clear space around each logo equal to the height of the logo mark. No text, borders, or other elements should intrude within this boundary. This ensures legibility at all sizes.
Use logos at their correct aspect ratio. Maintain minimum clear space. Use the monochrome variant when color is distracting. Place on solid backgrounds with sufficient contrast. Reference vendor brand guidelines for co-branded materials.
Stretch, skew, or rotate vendor logos. Apply drop shadows, glows, or 3D effects. Place logos on busy photographic backgrounds. Use outdated versions of logos. Combine multiple vendor logos to imply a joint product. Reduce below 24px height.
Use inline SVG for crisp rendering at all sizes. Include the vendor's primary brand color in the design system palette. Link to the vendor's official brand guidelines where available. Test logo visibility in both light and dark modes.
Rasterize SVG logos to PNG/JPEG unless required. Add borders, outlines, or containers not part of the mark. Alter brand colors without permission. Use logos as decorative elements. Place competing vendor logos adjacent without context.
